Module: Shaping up

Reflection:

Give at least three examples in each of the boxes below.

What We Did: 

  • We researched how a compass works and what directions 

  • We created a slide presentation of the basics on a compass

  • We made shapes look the same and opposite using mirror

What I Learned: 

  •  I learned some extensions on the directions of a compass

  •  I learnt what things you could do with reflections 

  • I also learnt how to do multiplication :D 


My Favourite Parts:

  •  Researching about a compass and finding out some facts

  • Learning multiplication 

My Next Steps:

  • To do better in maths 

  • Making sure l do my work 

  • Use a compass sometimes and learn more directions

Mains, Germany


     5. Where was Johannes Gutenberg educated 

        University of Erfurt


  1. What is one of the main inventions he made?:

The first press printer


  1. What are three words to describe you inventor:

Genius:  He was creative on how he designs the press printer.

Brilliant:  He was talented on how he created it.

Smart:    He’s smart because he was the first to come up with                              the idea of printing.

Module:  Counting the beat

Name: Adrian

Reflection:

Give at least three examples in each of the boxes below.

What We Did: 

  •  We researched about instruments and some facts about them

  • We learned how to make a beat using stuff from home 

  • We got to play the instruments 

  •  We learned about percussion, woodwind,  


What I Learned: 

  •  We learned to to make beats                

  • We listen to some old songs and some songs in these days to compare how different they are

  •  How we get to learn about music


My Favourite Parts:

  •  Making some cool beats 

  •  Playing the all these cool instruments

  • Researching musicians 

My Next Steps:

  •  I want to become a musical artist 

  •  Do more with music

  • To research more things about music

What We Did: 

  • We researched inventors and a lot of facts

  • Found out what an inventor is 

  • Read about inventors and what they did 



What I Learned: 

  •  How inventions worked what they used to form it

  •  What came before what we have now 

  • How they were made and what materials they used


My Favourite Parts:

  •  Researching about inventors 

  • Researching about inventions

  • Learning what was made back in the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s

  •  


My Next Steps:

  •  This task was easy and enjoyable 

  • There was a lot of research involved 

  • I could do better by getting the task done faster

  •
