Here l am talking about a well known wolf throughout the West Coast of Vancouver also located in Canada there are many animals that live in Vancouver such as coyotes, grizzly bears, the black tail deer, cougars, deer mouse there are far to many of these wonderful creatures living in this place. I'm not here to talk about them tho my focus is to learn about the Wonderful animal we know as the Coastal/Sea Wolf.
They're diet
Wolves are what you would call a Scavenger. Animals like lion, tigers, hyenas, vultures and wolves of course they all feed off the left behind that were recently deceased by other animals these wolfs don't tend to be scavengers doe to they're habits of mostly hunting and eating fish like salmon, tuna, pikes and walleyes then other creatures they can find are herring eggs, clams, seals and river otters so they ave plenty off food to eat if they can they will also true to find dead whales to eat off. 90% of the Sea wolves eat seafood so it makes it easier to find food
How the older and younger wolves live
Like all wolves Sea wolves live in packs they can have up to 2-36 wolves in a pack but the average is 6. A pack must always have it less two wolves in it because of breeding but at this moment breeding season is offspring they usually breed in Winter in the middle of January-March so also maybe in Spring to. After the pups are born not long before they are a bit older to eat meat that's when they wolves will consider moving away from where they're dens are. They move about 20 miles away from they're dens due to the lake of food or because of dangerous predators they can smell coming and going pass they're dens. Something else about the pups is they might get eaten only if another packs interacts with the packs the pups in.
Appearance/Looks
Sea wolves come in many colours to do with fur like brown, white, grey and black also known as coats that keep the wolves nice and warm during many season mostly winter though they as well have beautiful shiny eyes such as brown, hazel, blue, yellow and green round eyes green is the most common colour for a sea wolves eyes if u see a sea wolf with mixed colours you ll'd be in a lot of luck!! They have flex able legs which is good for swimming to catch food for them and they're pack.
Where they live
Sea wolves are found in West Coast of Vancouver located in Canada. Sea wolves around commonly found on the Great Bear Rainforest on along the Pacific Coast of Canada a lot of the population of sea wolves are found around Canada they travel a lot but not on land they swim instead. Which is also due to climate change or because of food that is in the water.
